Management System – H&S Investigations – Part 2

During the Investigation:

• Classify the Incident/Accident

• Activate the incident response / action plan in accordance with the classification

• Activate incident investigation team

• Divide resources and tasks among team members.

• Report the incident to the various parties.

• Secure the scene

• Advise and assist by providing in-house assistance & resources if necessary.

• Ensure the injured person/persons are accompanied to the hospital or on site medical center.

• Ensure control and proper management of resources. (This includes team members)
