This course is suited for individuals who are responsible for conducting Ergonomic assessments in the workplace. An Ergonomic assessment is an assessment of a worker at their workstation to ensure correcting working postures and workstation set-up. A good ergonomic assessment is done to reduce a worker’s exposure to physical hazards. The advantages of ergonomics include employees comfort, higher efficiency, and a decrease in work-related injuries.

Learners will be required to bring a company/organisation/ task specific risk assessment with for revision. Industry specific Risk Assessments will be provided for learners that do not have access to said documents, and must be requested upon booking.
