LADDER INSPECTION

This Ladder Inspection safety online course covers information required to safely perform work in elevated positions.  It looks at the legal requirements, as well as the requirements to correctly inspect, care for and store ladders.

The course also covers the safety, health and environmental principles with regards to working on
platforms, ladders, scaffolds and walkways in elevated positions.

Ladders are often used to reach work areas in workplaces and this increases the potential for falls from ladders to occur,  the injuries from these can have a negative impact on an organisation due to the hidden costs related to injuries in the workplace.
