BII - VICTIMISATION FORBIDDEN
NO EMPLOYER SHALL:
1 – victimise, etc., an employee for giving info to the Minister or any other authorised person giving evidence before a court
- complying with the law
- refusing to do anything prohibited by the law
2 – unfairly dismiss an employee, reduce his rate or position because of a report i.t.o. Section 12 [2] or 25
